At Kia Cos&Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. Because our products include hair care items for children, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Hair Care Products (Hair Growth Oil)
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all hair care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

If your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Or incorrect

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement if applicable.

Hair Accessories
Hair accessories may be eligible for return if:

• The item is unused
• In original packaging
• Returned within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
